Step 1
Carefully select those treasured fabrics and garments you would like used in the production of your keepsake. (Please be certain of your chosen items as, once received, it may not be possible to stop the order).
Step 2
Browse through the Gallery and Store tabs to see what type of keepsake is suited to your requirements, note whether you require any embroidered wording or image. Go to check out and pay using either PayPal/Stripe or BACS Transfer to the account number listed.
Step 3
It is crucial that you complete the Memory Keepsake Form on the first page as comprehensively as possible. It is essential for us to accurately process your order and fulfil your specific requirements. If you have any design ideas in mind, feel free to share them with us. Additionally, if you have any specific clothing pieces that you would like us to use in certain places, please make sure to write or annotate these details clearly on the form. Don't forget to label the clothes accordingly for our reference. In case you want any embroidery on your item, kindly specify its location (e.g., foot pads) and the exact text you want. We request you to be accurate with spellings since we do check for errors, but it may not always be possible to catch every mistake. Keep text to a minimum where possible. Be mindful of the space available for embroidery or any other customization. Once you have completed the form, please submit it. Upon receipt of the form, we will clarify your order details. This will ensure a smooth and streamlined process for tracking and communication.
Step 4
Post your clothes. Once your order has been confirmed you will be provided with a personalised postage label with your unique reference and tracking number. (Please keep this number safe).
Step 5
Once your parcel has been received you will receive a confirmation email. The is when the design process will commence with any preferences requested included in the design. This design will then be handmade. You will be kept constantly informed of your order’s process.
Step 6
Upon completion of your keepsake, it will packaged beautifully and sent to your via signed for and tracked service. You will be emailed with this tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s location.

From those very first Babygro’s, to uniforms (school/clubs/services i.e., Police/Dr or Nurses’ scrubs/Army etc), dressing gowns, jumpers and coats, there’s a keepsake for everyone. Whether these are memories celebrating the life of a loved one that has sadly passed or that precious milestone/snapshot in time, in your/your child’s life, whatever the reason, encapsulate it in the form of a keepsake such as ornamental bears, toys, cushions and quilts, even a decoration for those unfortunate enough not to have any clothing. Create a visual memory to share and display with pride and which can be passed on through the generations to follow.
Established in the early summer of 2020, slap bang in the middle of the Covid Pandemic (stupid, right!) Sew Precious was founded. It was through these difficult and harshest of times, that orders for memory keepsakes saw a rapid rise in popularity, with numerous requests daily. For those who sadly lost their loved ones, unable to spend their final moments together, the urgency was much greater. It was through witnessing this comfort I was sensitively providing, to those in their darkest times, came the realisation that I had somehow helped to alleviate, albeit a little, the pain of that gaping hole that is loss! Great respect and care is taken when making all keepsakes as they are so cherished.
