Memory Bears (Standard Size) start from £60.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR MEMORY BEARS/ANIMALS?
Our most popular size is Standard Size and measures 14”/35 cm when sitting. Approximately 18” in length
Standard Memory Bears are approximately 10"/25cm when sitting.
Large bears are 20”/51.5 cm sitting
Ornamental Memory Animals differ in size and design so please contact prior to ordering Small or Extra Large Memory Bears are available on request but please contact to discuss a price. There will also be the option to have baby bears made to the weight of the child at birth. This however will incur an extra charge.

HOW MANY ITEMS OF CLOTHING DO YOU REQUIRE FOR MEMORY BEARS/ANIMALS?
4-6 items of small/medium baby clothes ( Examples for 1 months to 12 months i.e. Babygro’s/blankets)

3-4 items of children's clothing (sweatshirt, dresses, jeans, t-shirts) ***
1-3 items of adult clothing (Hoodies, jumpers, jeans, shirts)
If you are sending a uniform remember to include the additional extras i.e., badges/logos, ties etc. If you are ordering a wedding bear please also contact me prior to order. The majority of fabric can be used but, in some cases, it may alter the shape of the bear (i.e., a very stretchy fabric or knitted items). Clothes must be clean and in reasonably good condition, sometimes overworn clothing can affect the overall effect of your finished item.

WHAT ARE EXTRAS
Extras can be anything from a bow tie to a mortar board and gown, t-shirt, dungarees, dress etc. More details will be added to this option over the next few weeks.

This varies dependant to the type of item you wish to order. Usually a very large piece of fabric, such as a favourite blanket is enough to make a general cushion.
If you require a shirt or shirt and jumper/cardigan cushion you will need 1-2 item.
Patchwork cushions you can send as many as you wish and the same applies to the quilts.

HOW DO I SEND THE ITEMS OF CLOTHING TO YOU?
Upon placing your order and completing the Order form you will receive a confirmation email with your unique reference number. You will also receive a prepaid self-addressed label along with a list of local parcel drop off areas in your immediate vicinity. This postage cost is reflected in the checkout price. Please ensure that clothing is well protected, for example inside a carrier bag and then wrapped, to ensure it is received undamaged. Then just drop it at your drop off point, sit back and wait for your item to arrive,
CAN YOU EMBROIDER?
Absolutely! All embroidery is undertaken by hand on the premises. Please note that only a certain amount of text can be added to the feet pads of a Memory Bear, other items are less limiting for example memory verses etc. This is a very timely process but gives your keepsake that more personal touch and finish.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE MY MEMORY BEAR/ORNAMENTAL TOY/CUSHION/QUILT?
As soon as receipt of your items is confirmed it will take around 2-3 weeks for your item to be made. Receipt of these items marks the start of the process. Sometimes, dependent upon the time of year, orders may be quicker or a littler longer. You will receive emails/texts throughout the making process so you are always well informed. If you require a keepsake as a matter of urgency, please contact to discuss whether achievable prior to order. This may result in extra charges being added to the advertised cost. Every effort will be made to accommodate wherever possible.
WHAT ARE SECONDS?
Seconds are items I have made either as a practice run for something I’ve never made before or items made for special occasions and events and for photographic purposes. I cannot store these so I sell them at a cheaper cost. Seconds also includes items that have been made but are slightly imperfect and have not met my high standards bar. Please note that no seconds will be available from bespoke bear orders as that fabric is special to its owner
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Due to the unique and bespoke nature of the item, returns are not acceptable. Please also understand that your item will not look identical to any pictured item, i.e., in the gallery or upon checkout. You item is created in the style of the fabric you send and will always be bespoke to you!
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?
If your order does not arrive within five working days of despatch, please contact me immediately.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently I am unable to provide this service unless you are happy to pay the various insurances and postal costs. If this is the case please contact me prior to ordering.
